What is a coach?

A personal Life Coach can help you with specific professional projects, personal goals and life transitions, by helping you to identify your strengths and perceived weaknesses,  develop short and long-term strategies, and inspire and motivate you to work your plan in a reasonable time frame.  You might be feeling a bit “stuck” or just want to make a big change in your life, and feel that you need the help of a Coach to do so.

Life Coaching is not therapy or counseling, which involve a diagnosis and treatment plan.  It also does not involve giving advice, consulting, or mentoring.  Coaching is a discovery of new ways of thinking and framing issues so that you can get excited about tackling them.
